Whole Machine Diagram

Main Interface: Displays the operational status of the entire machine, including tension.
· Meter Counting: Displays current and total meter counts for material run length. Click the reset button to clear the current and total counts.
· Film Speed: The actual line speed of the winding system, in M/min.
· Angle Display: Actual angle feedback for unwind and rewind leveling rollers, adjustable via the operation panel.
· Tension Display and Setting: Tension setting for unwind, tension, and rewind rollers, in N.
· Vacuum Display: Actual pressure values measured by vacuum gauges for the pipeline, lower chamber, upper chamber, and high vacuum, in millibar (Mbar).
· Fluorescent Light Start: Operation side winding, chamber operation side, and chamber rewind side fluorescent lights.
· Reset Button: Resets corresponding alarm devices after resolving alarms from inverters, servo motors, etc.
· Material Parameters Setting: Material width, density, thickness. Required fields
· Rectifier Unit: Must start the rectifier unit before starting the machine.
· Rewind/Unwind Direction: Select the direction of winding and unwinding.
· Exit to Desktop: Returns to the computer desktop.
· Motor Operation Status: Displays the motor's current speed, line speed, and actual torque.
· Speed Encoder Display: Encoder between unwind and main drum(cooling roller)(cooling roller)(cooling roller) measures actual line speed for main speed reference.

Settings Screen:
· Whole Machine Setting:
Set Speed: The set speed after starting the winding system.
Start Speed: Initial speed when starting the winding system.
Maximum Speed: The highest speed the machine can reach.
Jog Speed: Line speed during jogging.
Acceleration Time: Time to complete acceleration.
Deceleration Time: Time to complete deceleration.
Stop Time: Time to complete stopping.
Main Roller Circumference: Circumference of the main drum(cooling roller)(cooling roller)(cooling roller) for speed correction.
Tension Roller Circumference: Circumference of the tension roller for speed correction.
· Other Settings:
Swing Arm Speed: Speed of the chamber baffle (RPM/min).
Chamber Trolley: Speed of opening and closing movement of the chamber (RPM/min).
Rewind Close Roller: Speed of lifting and lowering the rewind press arm (RPM/min).
Paper Roller Speed Ratio: This parameter is effective when the vacuum chamber is closed, as a percentage ratio of the press arm lifting speed. (Example: If the press arm speed is 100r/min, with the vacuum chamber open, the speed is 100r/min; with the vacuum chamber closed, if the press arm lifting speed ratio is set to 80%, then the lifting speed of the press arm is 80r/min, which is 80% of the speed with the vacuum chamber open.)
Baffle Auto Open Speed: The speed at which the baffle automatically opens when the winding system speed reaches this set value.
Baffle Auto Close Speed: The speed at which the baffle automatically closes when the winding system speed drops to this set value.
Cooling Temperature: Normal cooling temperature. (Effective when using remote mode for the cooling equipment)
Return Temperature: Normal return temperature. (Effective when using remote mode for the cooling equipment)
· Synchronization Correction: After enabling, only the main drum(cooling roller)(cooling roller)(cooling roller) and tension roller run during machine start-up for line speed correction.
Vacuum System

· This interface introduces the vacuum system. In automatic mode, it completes automatic evacuation control; in manual mode, it allows for jog operation of various valves and pumps, with start in green and stop in grey. (When executing automatic evacuation in automatic mode, if switched to manual mode, the automatic evacuation function stops; be cautious when switching modes.)
· Animation Display: When the equipment starts, the corresponding equipment icon changes from grey to green; when the equipment stops, the icon changes from green to grey.
· Timing: Starts timing upon pressing the evacuation button under automatic evacuation conditions. Starts timing upon pressing the venting button under conditions. (All timings are in automatic mode, with the chamber closed, triggered after pressing the evacuation start and venting buttons; this timing can be manually reset through the user interface or automatically reset upon the next trigger, restarting the timing.)
· Screw Pump: Ensure the screw pump starts normally before evacuation.
Evacuation Process

· This interface displays the automatic evacuation process and the choice between manual and automatic heating after selecting automatic evacuation.
· Vacuum Setting: Enter the required vacuum level in the waiting vacuum input box; the next step proceeds only after reaching this vacuum level for each phase.
· Maintaining Pump: After manual start, the maintaining pump begins working until the temperature of Diffusion Pump 1 and Diffusion Pump 2 drops to the maintaining pump stop temperature, at which point the maintaining pump automatically stops. (Note: When the diffusion pump has not started heating and its temperature is below the maintaining pump stop temperature, the maintaining pump cannot start.)
· Evaporation boat(boat(evaporation source)) Heating Choice: After automatic evacuation ends, you can choose the evaporation boat(evaporation source) heating status. Red for manual, green for automatic.
Pump Group

· This interface displays the status of each pump group and whether it is selected.
· Set Speed: The speed of the Roots pump can be set in manual mode.
· Actual Speed: Motor feedback actual speed.
· Actual Current: Motor feedback actual current.
· Fault Code: Fault code feedback from the drive, for quick troubleshooting.
· Status: Current operating or stopping state of the motor.
· Fault: Current normal or fault state of the motor.
· Selection: Unselected pumps do not start; they start only after selection.
· Roots Pump Acceleration Time: Time for the pump to accelerate to 2900 RPM.
· Screw Pump Operation: This hardware can be left unset if not added.
Diffusion Pump

· This interface displays the heating situation of the diffusion pump and the cooling situation of the maintaining pump.
· Diffusion Pump: After manual start, the diffusion pump is controlled within the set temperature range (±5°C) through PID regulation. Click stop to cease heating of the diffusion pump.
· Maintaining Pump: After manual start, the maintaining pump begins working until the temperature of Diffusion Pump 1 and Diffusion Pump 2 drops to the maintaining pump stop temperature, at which point the maintaining pump automatically stops. (Note: When the diffusion pump has not started heating and its temperature is below the maintaining pump stop temperature, the maintaining pump cannot start).
Cooling

· Normal Cooling: (Normal cooling system under remote operation) Control and Display: In manual mode, you can jog to select the working state of the normal cooling system, divided into: normal cooling start (button background changes from grey to green), normal cooling stop (button background changes from grey to red), and normal cooling return to temperature (button background changes from grey to green); standby is the normal cooling system's own feedback signal, entering standby mode after reaching the return temperature for a certain time, with the background changing to light blue, not manually operable to standby state.
· Deep Cooling: In manual control mode, you can jog to select the working state of the deep cooling system, divided into: deep cooling start (button background changes from grey to green), deep cooling stop (button background changes from grey to red), and deep cooling return to temperature (button background changes from grey to green).
Evaporation boat(evaporation source)

· This interface displays the status of the evaporation boat(evaporation source).
· Each evaporation boat(evaporation source)'s corresponding status: operating status, actual current, actual voltage, actual power.
· Selection Status: After selecting an evaporation source, the selection is displayed, enabling the start of the evaporation boat(evaporation source) power module; otherwise, it displays as unselected and cannot start.
Power Setting

· This interface displays the power setting of the evaporation boat(evaporation source). Control of the evaporation boat(evaporation source) is divided into old boat(evaporation source) mode and new boat(evaporation source) mode: (Note: It is not possible to switch between new and old boat(evaporation source) modes during the heating process.)
· New boat(evaporation source) Mode: Click the mode button to switch to new boat(evaporation source) mode. Enter the evaporation boat(evaporation source) setting interface to enable or disable each evaporation boat(evaporation source), setting heating time, heating power, and holding time for each segment in the upper left box of the power setting. In the overall mode, click the start button on the operation panel, and the enabled evaporation boat(evaporation source)s will perform 3-segment heating work according to the set parameters. Through the buttons on the operation panel, you can select overall power increase/decrease and start/stop operations; you can also switch to individual mode, performing individual power increase/decrease and start/stop operations for each evaporation boat(evaporation source).
· Old boat(evaporation source) Mode: Click the mode button to switch to old boat(evaporation source) mode. Enter the evaporation boat(evaporation source) setting interface to enable or disable each evaporation boat(evaporation source), setting the overall heating time. In the overall mode, click the start button on the operation panel, and the enabled evaporation boat(evaporation source)s heat according to the set time, heating to the last power after the previous overall start, then stopping heating. At this point, heating is completed. Through the buttons on the operation panel, you can select overall power increase/decrease and start/stop operations; you can also switch to individual mode, performing individual power increase/decrease and start/stop operations for each evaporation boat(evaporation source).
Wire Feeding

· This interface displays the wire feeding setting, selecting whether to enable or disable the wire feeding motor.
· In individual situations, select the needed wire feeding unit on the operation panel, the selection box displays in green, and the text says "Selected". The white box below is the set speed. If started, the start/stop column will display with a green background and the text "Start", otherwise "Stop".
· Maximum Speed: The maximum speed that can be set.
· Adjustment Amount: The change amount of the acceleration/deceleration setting value.
· Overall Setting: After selecting overall, you can directly set the set speed for all wire feeding units with one click.
Evaporation Wire Feeding

· Under operating status, the corresponding segment's power bar graph and wire feeding speed bar graph will be displayed.
Curve

This curve graph interface is for the winding motor line speed curve graph, displaying real-time main drum(cooling roller)(cooling roller) roller axis speed, unwind roller axis speed, tension roller axis speed, and rewind roller axis speed, in M/min. (Observational values can provide more accurate data.)
Drive Status

· This interface displays the actual numerical feedback of the drive.
· The table provides motor status information, allowing detection of the actual speed, fault code, actual torque, actual temperature, and actual current of the corresponding motor.
